Heavy-duty shelves are assembled from columns, beams, cross braces, diagonal braces and self-locking bolts, which can effectively prevent shelf instability caused by loose bolts; the cross beams are made of special cold-rolled P-type closed beams; the structure is simple, reliable and light in weight , strong load-bearing capacity and low cost; the column card is equipped with a specially designed safety pin when connecting to the column, which can ensure that the cross beam will not fall off under external impact; the laminate adopts internationally made strip laminates, which has strong load-bearing capacity , wear-resistant, easy to replace, and low maintenance cost.

installation method

First, install the horizontal braces (cross braces) and diagonal braces (diagonal braces) on the columns with screws. Put the two assembled column pieces (one column piece = two columns + several horizontal pulls + several diagonal pulls) on the ground. Adjust the distance between the two column pieces to the length of the crossbeam and then install the crossbeam.
When installing the sub-frame, install the column pieces first, then adjust the distance between the installed column piece and the side column piece of the main frame to the length of the cross beam and then install the cross beam.

Precautions

1. When using heavy-duty shelves, be careful not to be top-heavy: the principle of placing light goods on the upper floors and heavy goods on the bottom floors should be followed.
2. To prevent overloading: the weight of each layer should not exceed the maximum load capacity of the shelf.
3. Anti-collision: During operation, the forklift should be handled as gently as possible to prevent impact on the shelves.
4. When there are goods above the shelf, operators should not enter the bottom of the shelf directly.
5. Avoid using non-standard floor boards (pallets), pallets, etc. on shelves. Sichuan bottoms are most suitable.
When the shelf height exceeds eight meters, corresponding loading and unloading machinery is required. Therefore, the total channel area required is larger, and the storage density is smaller than other systems. Heavy-duty storage racks can realize quick access to various pallets, with a maximum unit cargo capacity of 2000KG, and can be adapted to various types of pallets and racks.
