Shuttle shelves

Shuttle racking, also known as shuttle racking system, is a high-density storage system mainly composed of racks, tables (shuttles) and forklifts. This system improves the utilization of warehouse space and enables high-density storage of palletized goods through shuttles running on specific guide rails of the racks. The shuttle can be operated by radio remote control and runs on guide rails carrying palletized goods, thereby storing goods deep into the shelves or taking them out.

Battery life: more than 8 hours of normal use.Sensing range: The sensing range of the remote control can theoretically reach up to 100 meters, and in actual use can reach up to 200 meters, but it depends on the on-site environment.The shuttle rack system can implement a first-in-first-out (FIFO) or last-in-first-out (LIFO) storage mode according to the arrangement of the access ports of the goods. The number of shuttles is determined by comprehensive factors such as tunnel depth, total cargo volume, and shipping frequency. In addition, the shuttle rack system allows multiple lanes to share one shuttle, improving the efficiency of storage and retrieval.
