The material of the floor panels can be cold-rolled steel floor slabs, patterned steel floor slabs or steel grille floor slabs. Mezzanine shelves are suitable for storing light and small and medium-sized goods, and are suitable for the storage of large quantities of multiple varieties or small quantities of multiple varieties. The goods are usually delivered to the second or third floor of the loft by a forklift, hydraulic lift or cargo elevator, and then delivered to the designated location by a light trolley or hydraulic pallet truck. The floor design of loft-style racking can be customized for different installation situations and can be easily assembled on site without welding. The load capacity of each layer of unit shelves is usually within 500kg, the distance between floors is usually 2.2m to 2.7m, and the height of the top shelf is generally about 2m to facilitate the operation of the staff. Mezzanine racking systems are widely used in the automotive parts field, automotive 4S stores, light industry, electronics and other industries. Mezzanine shelves are divided into medium-sized loft shelves and heavy-duty loft shelves. The basic structure of medium-sized mezzanine shelves adopts medium-sized shelf columns, the floor plates adopt an interlocking structure, and support beams are erected under the floor plates. Heavy-duty mezzanine shelves use special heavy-duty shelf column profiles and cold-rolled P-shaped closed beams. After production, all shelf components will be shot blasted to remove oil and rust, and surface sprayed with plastic, and then packaged and shipped. The mezzanine rack system not only increases storage space, but also improves storage efficiency, making warehouse management more convenient. In addition, loft-style racking systems can be customized according to different needs and scenarios to suit various working environments and storage requirements.
